Upon power off/on, system emits 3 beeps and freezes with black screen.

Within about 5-10 minutes, screen freezes with blurred color bars. Upon 'cold' boot, system boots fine and I log into Windows and start working. I've been experiencing regular BSODs now for about 3 months and it is getting worse.
